ARACNE - Industrial Monitoring System

The factory needed a system to coordinate machine status, mechanical interventions and material needs across more than 30 connected textile machines. Communication between operators, mechanics and purchasing was fragmented, which made urgent issues and preventive maintenance harder to track consistently.

We built a dedicated industrial monitoring platform connected to the production floor, with real-time notifications for mechanics and purchasing, shared maintenance views and machine/operator context designed around the factory's actual workflows.

The Impact

ARACNE coordinated work across 30+ connected machines and three mechanics, with instant notifications for maintenance needs and machine issues. The purchasing office received immediate alerts for missing or nearly depleted materials, reducing response delays and stock breaks. Preventive maintenance became easier because mechanics had an always-updated shared list, built together with machine operators, to understand which parts needed attention.
